Kayla Kinsman

Grant is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and holds a Master’s Degree with Honours in Counselling Psychology. He provides counselling in both English and Mandarin, offering therapy to individuals, youth, couples, and families.
Grant’s clinical practice is grounded in a humanistic and trauma-informed framework that integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. His work emphasizes cultivating psychological insight, emotional regulation, and resilience through evidence-based, goal-oriented interventions. Grant is known for creating a secure, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment that supports clients in exploring the roots of their challenges and developing the cognitive and behavioural tools necessary for long-term change.
His areas of clinical expertise include depression, anxiety, trauma and post-traumatic stress (PTSD), grief and loss, relationship and family conflict, ADHD, OCD, academic stress, and workplace-related difficulties. Kathy Calderon
Kathy is a dual-trained mental health professional with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and over five years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. She offers an advanced, integrative approach to counselling that blends psychotherapeutic insight with the rigour and clinical depth of frontline nursing practice.
With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a robust background in mental health, addictions, and sexual health, Kathy has supported clients across complex care environments—from hospital systems to correctional facilities—where she engaged directly with individuals facing severe psychiatric illness, substance use disorders, and significant psychosocial adversity. Her nursing career sharpened her diagnostic sensitivity, crisis management skills, and holistic understanding of the human condition—capacities that now inform her psychotherapy practice at every level.
Kathy provides specialized counselling for individuals across the lifespan with neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and executive functioning challenges.
